1. Definitions & Scope

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 7jjj platform and all related services. The key terms used in this document are defined below:

• "Platform" refers to 7jjj's website, mobile version, and all associated digital services.
• "User" or "You" refers to any person who has registered with or is using the 7jjj platform.
• "We" or "Operator" refers to the entity operating the 7jjj platform.
• "Services" includes all online gaming, betting, and related services provided on the platform.
• "Real Money" refers to any transaction conducted using actual currency.

By accessing the platform or completing registration, you agree to fully comply with each provision of these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be 21 years of age or older to use the 7jjj platform. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to take necessary steps to verify age. If it is found that a user opened an account while under the age of 21, that account will be immediately closed and funds may be forfeited.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts under the same person's name ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, all associated accounts will be suspended or closed and their balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Accurate Information

During registration you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. Providing false or misleading information will be considered sufficient grounds to close the account and forfeit funds. If your personal information changes, you are required to notify our support team immediately.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

To ensure a safe environment, 7jjj may at any time request proof of identity, proof of address, or proof of payment method. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified time may result in withdrawals being placed on hold.

3. Account Security

Maintaining the security of your account is entirely your responsibility. Please follow the guidelines below:

• Use a strong and unique password that you have not used for any other service.
• Never share your login credentials (username and password) with any third party.
• Log out after each session, especially on public or shared devices.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact us immediately.

You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account. 7jjj will not be liable for any loss resulting from third-party access to your account unless direct negligence on our part is proven.

4. Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on the 7jjj platform is ৳300. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used — deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. In certain circumstances (such as during an ongoing identity verification process) withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold. Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit.

4.3 Fund Security

Funds held in your account are reserved solely for your personal use. In the event of account suspension or closure, funds will be handled in accordance with these Terms.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the 7jjj platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). A conversion fee may apply for transactions in foreign currencies.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500. The bonus amount will not exceed ৳20,000 — for instance, depositing ৳28,000 still gives a maximum bonus of ৳20,000, for a total of ৳48,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

A wagering requirement of 10 times (10x) the bonus amount applies, on the bonus portion only. Example: receiving a ৳1,500 bonus means you must place bets totalling ৳1,500 × 10 = ৳15,000 before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus may only be usable on specific games; contact the support team for details.
• If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected, the bonus may be cancelled and the account may be suspended.
• 7jjj reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any existing promotion at any time.
• A bonus offer applies once per person, household, address, or device.

6. Game Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

7jjj uses advanced technology to ensure fair and transparent gaming. All game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), which guarantees impartiality. If a dispute arises over a game result, the assessment of 7jjj's technical team will be considered final.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a game session is left incomplete due to a technical issue or server error, 7jjj will investigate and make a decision in the user's best interest. However, incorrect payouts or amounts displayed due to a technical error will not automatically be treated as amounts owed to the user.

6.3 Responsible Gaming

7. Prohibited Activities

Involvement in any of the following activities may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and we reserve the right to take legal action:

• Opening multiple accounts to abuse the bonus system.
• Attempting to hack the platform's software, games, or systems.
• Using automated bots or scripts to play games.
• Operating an account on behalf of a third party or using their device.
• Harassing, defrauding, or misleading other users.
• Intentionally exploiting errors in any game system.
• Registering with a false identity or fake documents.

8. Limitation of Liability

7jjj always strives to ensure a safe and reliable service. However, there are certain circumstances for which 7jjj will not be held liable, such as:

• Interruption to a game session caused by problems with your own internet connection or device.
• Loss resulting from you sharing your login credentials with a third party.
• Service disruption caused by unexpected natural disasters or events beyond our control.
• Content of third-party links or services unrelated to the platform.

7jjj keeps its platform secured with SSL encryption and advanced cybersecurity measures. In any circumstance, 7jjj's maximum liability will be limited to the value of the transaction in question.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Closure at User's Request

You may request to close your account at any time. To do so, email [email protected]. Before the account is closed, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw any existing balance in accordance with the applicable rules.

9.2 Closure by the Operator

7jjj may temporarily suspend or permanently close your account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to pass identity verification or provision of false information.
• Suspicious financial activity or evidence of fraud.
• Abuse of the bonus system.
• A self-exclusion request under the responsible gaming policy.

9.3 Right to Appeal

If you believe your account was closed in error, you may appeal by email. 7jjj will review your request within a reasonable time.

10. Policy Changes

7jjj reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time. For significant changes, we will endeavour to notify users via a notification in their account. However, continued use of the platform after new Terms are published means you have accepted the revised Terms.

The latest version of the Terms takes effect from the date stated at the top of this page. No provision from a previous version will remain in effect.
